Return Policy

At Poppy Lane Boutique, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it for store credit within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, free of damages, stains, smells, and include all original tags and packaging. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact.poppylaneboutique@gmail.com and include your order number in the subject line. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue store credit for the purchase amount.
